In the morning if the weather permits, i love to meditate in my vegetable  garden alongside the buddha statue. The contrast of a calm mind, with Maui's swirling tradewinds, flying, crawling insects,  and vibrant plant life is an amazing experience.  This creates an overwelming feeling of joy!
