When visiting my sister in New York City I was enthralled with how her 3 cats ran the household. They ate on the table, stubbornly took up too much bed space, talked loudly over the television,....

At times they reminded me of frustrated victorian spinsters.   These cats inspred me to impulsely buy an antigue tea set in Wailuku and put them together, in a painting .
